Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to synthesize and identify studies that examined the effects of foot reflexology on pain and anxiety levels of women during childbirth.

Methods: This study is a systematic review of published Randomized Control Trials and Quasi-experiments listed in PubMed CINAHL RISS, National Assembly Library between 2012 and 2022. Search terms were ¡®Foot Reflexology¡¯, ¡®Childbirth,¡¯ ¡®Labor,¡¯ ¡®Pain,¡¯ and ¡®Anxiety.¡¯

Results: Five published articles were selected for systematic review, three that reported significantly decreased VAS-pain scores, and two that observed significant decrease in State Anxiety Inventory scores.

Conclusion: This study suggests that foot reflexology can decrease the pain and anxiety levels of women during childbirth. However, further large, rigorously designed studies are needed to verify these findings.
